1. Old Bridge (3-0) Preseason No. 5: The Knights notched an impressive and convincing 3-1 victory over powerhouse East Brunswick on Tuesday. Senior forward Nichole Adams has emerged as one of the top offensive players in the conference, scoring six goals in three games.

2. East Brunswick (3-1) Preseason No. 1: Despite falling to Old Bridge, the Bears remain one of the most dangerous teams in the GMC. Senior forward Sabria Glasgow has impressed early with three goals under her belt. 

3. Edison (4-0) Preseason unranked: Even without last year's leading scorer Felicia Forsythe, the Eagles have cruised in the early going. The Eagles topped White Division rivals Bishop Ahr 1-0 in double overtime on Tuesday. Samantha Moxie, who scored Tuesday's game-winner, already has eight goals on the season.

4. Bishop Ahr (1-1) Preseason No. 2: The Trojans will need to rebound against divisional foes Woodbridge, North Brunswick and Colonia next week after falling to Edison in a brutal double overtime loss.

5. Piscataway (2-2) Preseason No. 6: The Chiefs have alternated wins and losses thus far, but they did capture a solid 3-2 victory over Monroe last week. Sophomore Kaitlyn Zeeb leads the team with four goals.

6. Monroe (2-1) Preseason No. 4: The Falcons have gotten off to a nice start in their expected comeback season with wins against West Windsor-Plainsboro North and South Brunswick. Gennyka Liebenthal has scored three goals and Paige Gandy has added three assists this year.

7. Sayreville (2-0) Preseason No. 8: Outscoring their opponents 15-4 thus far, the Bombers have impressed in the early going. Junior Lauren Attardi leads the team with four goals.

8. Colonia (3-1) Preseason unranked: A bit of a surprise in the early going, the Patriots walked away with a fantastic 5-1 victory over Woodbridge on Tuesday. Colonia will play Sayreville on Thursday.

9. Metuchen (2-0) Preseason No. 9: The Bulldogs sit atop the Blue Division tied with Spotswood with an undefeated divisional record. Metuchen will play the Chargers on Friday.

10. Highland Park (2-0) Preseason No. 10: Having outscored their opponents 11-0 in two games, the Owl offense and defense are firing on all cylinders. Senior Elizabeth Girvan leads Highland Park with three goals.

Dropped from the rankings: South Brunswick (1-3), Woodbridge (0-3)

Also receiving consideration: Spotswood (3-1)
