Mount St. Mary 19, Union Catholic 5: Jennah Santiago led Mount St. Mary (1-0) with six goals and one assist. Emma Genovese tallied a hat trick and five assists, while Alaina Parisella recorded a hat trick and four assists. Samantha Tush added a hat trick and two assists and Meghan Decker chipped in two goals and one assist. For Union Catholic (0-1), Christina Bubniak led with two goals and one assist. Lauren Power scored twice.

South Brunswick 6, Middletown North 5: Amanda Palumbo recorded a hat trick to pace South Brunswick (1-0). Briana Gonzales tallied two goals and one assist. Shannen Sterner added two assists. Dakota Apicella made 16 saves.

North Hunterdon 10, Montgomery 7: Nicole Perez scored four goals to lift North Hunterdon (1-0). Katie Fullowan registered one goal and one assist. Natalie Fitzpatrick, Maeve Plassche and Samantha VanBelle also scored. For Montgomery (0-1), Angela Masessa finished with six goals and one assist. Kate Heidt also scored.

Somerville 14, Phillipsburg 2: Camryn Rogers finished with nine goals and one assist to lead Somerville (1-0). Kylee Garcia recorded a hat trick and three assists. Alonna Gliksman made seven saves.

New Providence 15, Millburn 4: Samantha Scott recorded four goals and three assists for New Providence (1-0). Iris Kaloshi scored twice and Kaitlyn Cuminsky tallied a hat trick and two assists. Katherine Marzynski added two goals and one assist.

Watchung Hills 14, Pingry 11: Madelyn Murphy scored five goals and Julia Burton scored four to lead Watchung Hills (1-0). For Pingry (0-1), Mary Pagano led with a hat trick and one assist. Shea Smith and Ally Feeley each scored twice.

Bernards 14, Hillsborough 4: Paige Petty led Bernards (1-0) with six goals and two assists. Laurel McHale recorded a hat trick and three assists. Madison Paulik scored twice. Lily Simon added one goal and two assists.
