Skyland Conference

Bridgewater-Raritan 31, Gill St. Bernard’s 27: Jordyn Hawthorne tallied seven points and five rebounds and Bridgewater-Raritan’s defense held Gill St. Bernard’s to just 27 points, using a 13-3 fourth-quarter rally to topple the second-ranked Knights. Keiko Fox and Megan Ball chipped in five points each for the Panthers (4-3). Alexia Allesch scored 13 points and Nyla Mulcahy netted eight points for Gill St. Bernard’s (1-4).

Watchung Hills 60, Immaculata 42: Junior Julia Cunningham tallied 17 points, eight rebounds and six assists as Watchung Hills took over sole possession of first place in the Skyland Conference Raritan Division. Jess Santo added 14 points and Alexa Santo pitched in nine points for the Warriors (6-2). Natalie Givens scored 11 points to pace Immaculata (5-3).

Warren Hills 52, Somerville 44: Melody Van Ness scored 22 points and Nyasia Thomas added nine points, but Somerville fell for the first time this season. The Pioneers are 6-1. 

Voorhees 45, Delaware Valley 42 (OT): Caitlin Reilly hit a clutch jumper to send the game to overtime and Allie Best finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds, driving for what proved to be the game winner in overtime for Voorhees. Hailey Conroy added nine points and six rebounds for and Colby Gavornik chipped in eight points and seven boards for the Vikings (6-1). Veronica Chris scored 9 points and added eight rebounds for Delaware Valley (3-4). Margaret Affeld chipped in 11 points and Savanna Granger 10 points for the Terriers.

Bound Brook 77, South Hunterdon 27: Janeea’ Summers scored 22 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, and Olivia Nilsen added 22 points of her own as Bound Brook stayed undefeated. Cortlyn Morris chipped in five points, seven assists and 13 blocked shots for the Crusaders (7-0). South Hunterdon is 2-6.

Rutgers Prep 72, Hunterdon Central 31: Jahsyni Knight posted 18 points and Gabi Redden added 12 points and six rebounds to lead Rutgers Prep (8-1). Olivia Dabney chipped in 10 points for the Argonauts.

Bernards 52, Manville 27: Caroline Baratta and Annie Thomas each netted 10 points to lead Bernards (4-4). Julie Pankowski scored 11 points to pace Manville (2-6).

Pingry 44, Mount St. Mary 26: Kelsey Ransom posted a triple-double, scoring 19 points, grabbing 10 steals and hauling in 13 rebounds as Pingry improved to 3-5. Sarah Moseson contributed six points and 11 boards for the Big Blue. Meghan Decker scored nine points to pace Mount St. Mary (2-6).

North Hunterdon 44, Montgomery 30: Carly Monks led the way with 16 points and North Hunterdon rolled to a Raritan Division victory. Claudia Maira and Kristina Harrel each chimed in with 11 points for the Lions (5-2). Dana Schaar scored nine points and Carolyn Prevost added five points and eight rebounds for Montgomery (1-6).

Ridge 38, Hillsborough 36: Ava Haiback led the way with 19 points and Sophie Beneventine contributed 11 points to fuel Ridge (2-6). Olivia Buckman scored nine points to pace Hillsborough (1-6), while Kristen Andreychak and Alyssa Freda each chipped in eight points. 

Belvidere 46, North Plainfield 36: Shahiyah O’Neal scored 17 points, but North Plainfield fell to 1-6.

Greater Middlesex Conference

Colonia 38, New Brunswick 37: Ayanna Abdulahad scored 10 points and Kailee Stanley tallied eight points as Colonia (4-4) edged New Brunswick. Ciara McFarlane led all scorers, notching 12 points, five rebounds and five steals in the loss. Roshanna Lewis scored a double-double, netting 10 points and hauling in 15 rebounds for the Zebras (1-6).

Piscataway Tech 55, Perth Amboy Tech 45: Isabella Sosa scored 16 points, heading a list of four players who scored in double digits for Piscataway Tech (3-5). Taina Lugo (15), Claudia Edralin (12) and Alyssa Velez (10) also aided the Raiders’ cause. Rebecca Haggerty went for 27 points and 12 rebounds for Perth Amboy Tech (3-5), which also got 10 points from Daisy Arocho.

South Plainfield 50, North Brunswick 40: Mackenzie O’Brien posted a double-double, going for 16 points and 14 rebounds to lead South Plainfield. Caity Hughes added nine points and five assists, with MaKayla Sosa chipped in nine points and five boards for the Tigerts (3-4). Cynthia Williams netted 18 points and Khayla Flemmings scored nine to pace North Brunswick (2-5).

South Brunswick 56, East Brunswick 34: Amber Brown exploded for 30 points adding eight rebounds, Alexis Adams helped out with 10 points and 10 rebounds as South Brunswick dealt East Brunswick its first loss. The Vikings improved to 6-1 with the victory. Nicole Johnson paced the Bears (6-1) with 20 points.

Old Bridge 54, J.P. Stevens 44: Amanda Carney scored 20 points and Rachel Kuhl added 18 points to spark Old Bridge (4-4). Jamyra Maye led J.P. Stevens with 12 points and nine rebounds, while Disha Prabhudesai scored 11 and Laya Paladugu notched 10 for the Hawks (2-5).

Piscataway 44, Monroe 33: LaNiya Miller led the way with 19 points and 12 rebounds as Piscataway improved to 5-6. Brooke Moll chipped in eight points and six rebounds for the Chiefs. Kennedy Selby netted 13 points and Dylianny DeLeon added nine points for Monroe (2-6).

Union County Conference

Union Catholic 49, Elizabeth 24: Andrya Robinson scored 18 points and Taylor Gardner added 16 points to fuel Union Catholic (3-3).

New Providence 56, Union 34: Katie Kinum dropped in 25 points and pulled down nine rebounds to fuel New Providence (6-2). Sarah Zeto chipped in eight points, six steals and five boards for the Pioneers.

Westfield 51, Cranford 32: Shannon Devitt tallied 17 points, six rebounds and five steals as Westfield remained undefeated. Molly Ryan added 14 points and eight steals, and Grace Elliott chipped in 13 points and five steals for the Blue Devils (6-0).

Independent

Somerset Tech 36, Hudson School 16: Anna Ramos scored 11 points and Rebeka Quagliato added nine points and five steals to fuel Somerset Tech (2-4).
