1. Gill St. Bernard's (6-2): Gill St.Bernard's won the Jingle Bells Jubilee holiday tournament in Paterson, with wins over Hackensack, Montclair Immaculate and St. Peter's Prep, before falling to St. Mary (Eliz.) on New Year's Day. The Knights faced Sayreville in the Eric LeGrand Classic at Roselle Catholic on Monday night, and will travel to Bridgewater-Raritan on Thursday. 

2. Bound Brook (4-0): Bound Brook is picking up where it left off last season, starting the season with wins over Belvidere, Voorhees, Somerville and won its own holiday tournament with a 60-48 victory over Spotswood. The Crusaders are averaging 60 points a game so far, and will look to keep its undefeated streak going against Somerville at home on Tuesday and at Warren Hills on Thursday.

3. Hunterdon Central (5-0): Hunterdon Central has started this season in dominating fashion, averaging 74 points a game so far. The Red Devils won the Hillsborough Holiday Classic over host Hillsborough, and will look to keep its strong start going with games against Montgomery on Tuesday and Phillipsburg on Thursday.

4. Westfield (3-2): Westfield had a tough start to this season, opening against Tournament of Champions finalist Linden and then facing an undefeated St. Mary's (Eliz.) squad to go 0-2. The Blue Devils have since rebounded with wins over Morristown, Ridge and Elizabeth. Westfield had another tough test on Monday against Roselle Catholic in the Eric LeGrand Classic, and will host Mountain Division foe Union Catholic on Friday.

5. Scotch Plains-Fanwood (5-0): The Raiders have already surpassed their win total from last season, with victories over Elizabeth, Summit, Edison, South Plainfield and won the Anthony J. Cotoia Holiday Tournament with a win over J.P. Stevens. Scotch Plains-Fanwood will host Roselle Park on Thursday and travel to J.P. Stevens on Friday.

6. Montgomery (4-1): Montgomery started the season with wins over Franklin and Watchung Hills, then fell to Phillipsburg on Dec. 22. The Cougars rebounded from that loss with wins over Bridgewater-Raritan and Medford Tech and will look to keep the winning streak alive when they travel to Hunterdon Central on Tuesday and play North Hunterdon on Thursday.

7. North Plainfield (3-1): North Plainfield boasts wins over Somerville, Bernards and South Plainfield, with its lone loss coming against J.P. Stevens. The Canucks will face Skyland Conference Mountain Division foes Pingry on Tuesday and will travel to Manville on Thursday.

8. Bernards (5-1): Bernards opened the season with wins over Warren Hills and Manville before falling to North Plainfield. The Mountaineers bounced back with three wins in a row over Roselle Park, North Warren and Pen Argyl (Pa.). Bernards will close out the week with games against Belvidere, South Hunterdon and Dayton.

9. Rutgers Prep (3-2): Rutgers Prep started the season 2-0 with wins over Franklin and Immaculata, before falling to Gill St. Bernard's 57-54 and Archbishop Molloy (NY). The Argonauts bounced back against Marist, and will look to keep winning when they face Hillsborough on Thursday and Ranney on Friday.

10. Pingry (4-1): Pingry is currently atop the Skyland Conference Mountain Division standings with wins over South Hunterdon and Manville. The Big Blue has also defeated Somerset Tech and Newark Academy, with the loss coming at the hands of Montclair Kimberley. Pingry will North Plainfield, Belvideren and Immaculata this week.
