GMC Tournament quarterfinals

St. Joseph (Met.) 5, Sayreville 3: Antonio Oliveira recorded a hat trick and one assist for ninth-seeded St. Joseph (11-6-2). Nick Cruz finished with two goals and two assists. Matt Cruz and Dan DiSarro each had one assist. Christian Owens made 10 saves. For No. 16 Sayreville (8-8-1), Zach Colgan scored twice. Ope Olaloko added one goal and one assist. Michael Philip made 12 saves. St. Joseph will face No. 5 South Brunswick in the semifinals on Thursday.

South Brunswick 4, Edison 0: Kunal Thakral finished with two goals and one assist for fifth-seeded South Brunswick (13-5). Sergio Caballero added one goal and one assist. Jake Stump also scored. Stephen Disario and Dylan Inguardi each chipped in one assist. Nicholas Hoffman made four saves. For No. 13 Edison (9-7-2), Mike Quest finished with 13 saves.

North Brunswick 4, Metuchen 0: Jeffrey Montoya led No. 10 North Brunswick (14-3-2) with two goals. Sean White also scored. Pawel Dzielski made nine saves. For No. 15 Metuchen (11-5), Alex Brooks finished with seven saves. North Brunswick will face No. 3 South Plainfield in the semifinals on Thursday.

Hunterdon Central 2, Bridgewater-Raritan 1: Jacob Grant and Matt Tetreault scored as Hunterdon Central (13-1) clinched the Skyland Conference Delaware Division title. Ben Greenstein and Evan Youshock added assists. Dan Mecadon made six saves. For Bridgewater-Raritan (10-3-1), Joe Umana scored. Calum Erenborn made nine saves.

Plainfield 1, Elizabeth 0: Narvis Bent scored on an assist from Chris Navarette for Plainfield (7-8-1). Milton Moreno made eight saves.

Dan Shen and Cameron Miller each finished with two assists. Alex Roch made four saves. Teddy Stafford made nine saves for Voorhees (6-8-2).

Watchung Hills 6, North Hunterdon 3: Pawel Cudnoch scored five goals to pace Watchung Hills (5-8). Ryan Santos also scored. Matt Mauricio had two assists. Sam Seltzer, Marc Inacio and Alessandro Conte each had one assist. For North Hunterdon (6-9), Jack Carroll and Dominick Rusillo scored. Dylan Ottinger added one assist.

Bound Brook 5, Manville 0: Gerald Cubero led Bound Brook (10-7) with a hat trick and two assists. Myke Melo tallied one goal and one assist. Eduardo Vargas also scored. Nick Lujan had one assist. Obrian Arias made six saves.

Bernards 5, Warren Hills 0: Nick Neptune scored four goals to lead Bernards (14-1-1). Vinny Cabrera also scored.

Timothy Christian 7, South Amboy 3: Joshua Koshy led Timothy Christian (11-3-2) with two goals and two assists and Michael Oduro scored twice. Josiah DeSantos finished with one goal and one assist. Jordan Gottshall and Jon Thiero also scored. Michael Gortaire had two assists and Chris Trilleras had one. For South Amboy (10-5), Conrad Grygoriew scored his 50th career goal. Kasper Gurdak and Daniel Pena also scored.
