Bound Brook football advances to North 2 Group I semifinals

Joe Warren rushed for 88 yards on eight carries and three touchdowns as second-seeded Bound Brook advanced to the North 2 Group I semifinals over No. 7 Newark Collegiate 34-18 on Friday night.

Quarterback Alex Navarro rushed for 72 yards and one touchdown. He was also 4-for-6 for 50 yards for the Crusaders (8-2). Mason Horsburgh rushed 14 times for 113 yards and one touchdown. Bound Brook will face No. 3 Shabazz in the semifinals on Nov. 18.
