Westfield 40 Watchung Hills 14: To capture the longest current streak in New Jersey at 17-straight wins, Westfield (4-0) put on a first-half show scoring 40 unanswered points before Watchung Hills put numbers on the score board in the fourth. Westfield quarterback Phil Martini threw four touchdown passes hitting Adam McDaniels, Michael Moriarty and Jack Shirk (twice). Ishmeal Glascow added to the Blue Devils efforts when he snagged an interception and took it 40 yards, and also had a 39-yard TD run. Watchung Hills (0-4) quarterback Vincent Marinello scored two touchdowns on foot and both PATs were good.

Bridgewater-Raritan 37, Montgomery 6: Nick Attanasio connected with Ricky Tate for a 93-yard touchdown return in the third quarter for Bridgewater-Raritan (4-0). Attanasio also ran into the end zone on a 6-yard rush. David Usewick contributed by carrying the ball 10 times for 84 yards and a touchdown while Anthony Vizzoni rounded out the scoring with a 28-yard TD rush in the fourth.

Somerville 45, Warren Hills 8: Nasyr Petties-Jackson returned an interception 75 yards for a touchdown and scored another touchdown to lead Somerville (4-0). Nick Couzzi scored on an eight-yard run and threw for 240 yards and three touchdowns. Ryan Kovacs and Keyshawn Newton also scored. Jared Tuazon finished with 11 tackles.

Rahway 30, Voorhees 16: Zahir Wilder scored three touchdowns to lift Rahway (4-0). Nasir Velez scored on an 83-yard run in the fourth quarter. Jon Cardoza kicked a 37-yard field goal and two extra points. For Voorhees (0-4), quarterback George Eberle completed 14-of-33 passes for 279 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Colin Tong caught five passes for 92 yards and one touchdown. Connor Brown also scored.

A.L. Johnson 39, Delaware Valley 12: Sean Lessig caught four passes for 57 yards and one touchdown for Delaware Valley (1-3). Nick Perno rushed 12 times for 47 yards and one touchdown. Quarterback Jared Pershyn completed 12-of-22 passes for 121 yards and one interception.

Bernards 35, New Providence 17: Jackson Barletta rushed 11 times for 54 yards and one touchdown for New Providence (0-4). Joe D'Anna caught a five-yard pass from Barletta in the second quarter for a touchdown. Barletta finished 7-of-23 for 70 yards and one touchdown. Patrick Trezza kicked a 37-yard field goal and two extra points. Bernards improved to 3-2.

Cranford 56, North Plainfield 35: The Canucks trailed 28-13 at halftime, as Cranford posted 14 points in each of the four quarters to send North Plainfield to 1-3. Brian Oblachinski scored four touchdowns for the Cougars (2-2).

Spotswood 28, Dunellen 20: Alain Diaz rushed 12 times for 107 yards and one touchdown for Dunellen (0-3). Mike Harmon rushed 13 times for 61 yards and one touchdown. Ciro Lowder also scored. For Spotswood (4-0), Nick Mohr scored twice and threw for another touchdown, while Sal Mistretta scored on a fumble return. Ryan Szatkowski scored a touchdown and kicked four extra points. 

South Plainfield 26, North Brunswick 13: Zachary Delvecchio caught rushed 11 times for 40 yards and two touchdowns to lead South Plainfield (3-0). Jean Sapini caught two passes for 20 yards and one touchdown. Quarterback Charles Lovett threw for 40 yards and one touchdown. North Brunswick fell to 0-4.

Ridge 49, Plainfield 7: Reed Handabaka and Aidan Murphy each ran for a pair of touchdowns to fuel Ridge (3-1). Christian Moore also scored for the Red Devils, who recovered four fumbles and picked off two passes. Plainfield is 0-4.
