North Plainfield 1, South Hunterdon 0: Senior forward Davin Wilson scored the game-winner for North Plainfield (1-0) with 16 minutes remaining in the second half. The assist came from senior midfielder Kenny Navas, while Edgar Castaneda and Danny Gonzalez each made a save. Cameron Parrenti made eight saves for South Hunterdon (0-1).

Monroe 2, East Brunswick 1: Matt Mischler led Monroe (1-0) with two goals and one assist. Pat Nolan also scored. Goalie Nick Rios posted eight saves. For East Brunswick (0-1), Aaron Lucas scored on an assist from Jain Sanket.

Pingry 3, Watchung Hills 1: Henry Kraham, Eddie Acosta and Obi Ikoro each scored a goal to lift Pingry (1-0). Alexy Alin-Hvidsten and Mitchell Flugstad-Clarke each added an assist. For Watchung Hills (0-1), Ryan Santos scored.

New Brunswick 2, South Brunswick 1 (OT): Rodney Fernandez scored the game-winner in overtime to power New Brunswick (1-0). William Rojas also scored, while Kelvin Ortiz added an assist. Goalie Dalber Inestroza made 10 saves. Kevin Nunez scored for South Brunswick (0-1).

Montgomery 6, North Hunterdon 1: Rory Kemmerer led Montgomery (1-0) with a hat trick. Kevin Cresti scored twice and Christian Espana also scored. Mark Winter scored on an assist from Jack Carroll for North Hunterdon (0-1).

Metuchen 2, Spotswood 1: Metuchen's Jack Bradley scored on a free kick 90 seconds into the second half for the win. He finished with two goals. Brandon Iskandar had an assist. For Spotswood (0-1), Nick Moran scored on an assist from Matteo Tavella.

North Brunswick 1, Sayreville 0: Isai Aguilar scored the game-winner on an assist from Fabrizzio Reyes to lead North Brunswick (1-0). Pawel Dzielski and Carlos Sorto combined for six saves. For Sayreville (0-1), Michael Philip and Kevin Sousa combined for nine saves.

Old Bridge 4, Perth Amboy 0: Joel Quist tallied one goal and two assists to lead Old Bridge (1-0). Sual Downes added one goal and one assist. Bobby Shannon and Gregg Johnson also scored.

East Brunswick Tech 3, Perth Amboy Tech 0: Austin Montgomery and Carlos Hernandez led East Brunswick Tech (1-0) with a goal and an assist. AJ Rambone netted one goal while Vincent Pellicane contributed an assist. Troy Bello finished with six saves. Edisamir Carabello saved 17 shots for Perth Amboy Tech (0-1).
