ICE HOCKEY

Pingry 5, Bridgewater-Raritan 2: Eric Bush recorded a hat trick for Pingry (8-1-1). George Enman finished with one goal and one assist. Joe Faccone also scored. Jared Kordonsky and Peter Korn each had two assists. Nick Spinelli and Austin Parsons each had one assist. Peter Papadopoulos made 22 saves. Brett Locker and Jake Gottlieb scored for Bridgewater-Raritan (5-5-3). Brandon Myers finished with 16 saves.

Pingry 3, Randolph 2: Lizzie Gilfillan scored twice for Pingry (6-5). Allie Moss also scored. Emma Barrison made 22 saves. 

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Edison 45, South Brunswick 41 (2OT): Edison outscored South Brunswick 7-3 in the second overtime to pull out the victory. Samira Sargent scored 25 points to lift the Eagles (4-5). Daniella Marmol added 12 points. For South Brunswick (5-2), Alexis Adams led with 18 points, nine rebounds, three steals, three blocks and one assist. Luese Ufuah finished with eight points, 11 rebounds, four assists and three steals. 

North Brunswick 41, Colonia 20: Kahyla Scher scored 14 points to lead North Brunswick (3-4). Khayla Flemmings totaled 12 points. Amaya Martinez led Colonia (2-5) with seven points, eight rebounds, four blocks and three steals. Alexis Banko added six points, two rebounds, one assist and one steal. Kailee Stanley pulled down eight rebounds.  

Bishop Ahr 65, New Brunswick 37: Emma Boslet finished with 24 points as Bishop Ahr improved to 11-0. Megan Herka scored 18 points. Aniyah Thomas recorded a double-double for New Brunswick (2-5) with 15 points, 10 rebounds and four steals. Jasmine Blanco added 10 rebounds, six points and one assist. Nakima Lue chipped in six points, five rebounds, six steals and one block.

South Plainfield 50, J.F. Kennedy 44: Mackenzie O'Brien recorded a double-double with 28 points, 28 rebounds, two blocks and one steal for South Plainfield (4-4). Julianne Ferraro contributed 12 points, three steals, two blocks and one assist. Syleen Reyes added five points, six assists, three steals, one block and one rebound. 

Gov. Livingston 50, Rahway 45: Paige Phillips led Governor Livingston (4-4) with 16 points. Fiona Kerr added 14 points. Skylar Dowling made three 3-pointers and finished with 10 points. For Rahway (0-7), Taylor Williams tallied 25 points, six rebounds and three assists. Wil'Lisha Jackson recorded a double-double with 13 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists. 

Union Catholic 44, Linden 21: Erin McNulty finished with 17 points and Madison Johnson scored 15 points to lead Union Catholic (6-2). Karisma Lewis recorded nine points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals for Linden (2-4). Renee Rocha pulled down eight rebounds and scored three points. 

Woodbridge 53, Sayreville 44: Brooke Timinski scored a game-high 20 points and finished with four rebounds, four assists and two steals to pace Woodbridge (6-3). Kameron De Vogd contributed 14 points, seven rebounds, four assists and five blocks. Jackie Ventricelli led Sayreville (5-4) with 15 points and seven steals. Lyssandra Delacosta finished with 10 points. Jaci Jurkiewicz chipped in eight points and eight rebounds and Stephanie Van Note pulled down nine rebounds. 

BOYS BASKETBALL

Watchung Hills 69, Hunterdon Central 53: Dan Pilsbury scored 17 points to lead Watchung Hills (6-3). Mike Hopwood finished with 12 points and Chad Martini added 11 points. Michael Bressler chipped in 10 points. Sean Oberman led Hunterdon Central (6-3) with 12 points. Josh Bridenbaugh contributed 11 points. 

Edison 45, J.F. Kennedy 42: Christian Wantong led Edison (3-7) with 20 points, six rebounds, three assists and one steal. Abu Kaikai recorded 14 points, seven rebounds, three steals, two blocks and one assist. Rohan Chakke finished with nine points for J.F. Kennedy (0-10). David Silva added eight points. 

Gill St. Bernard's 76, Hillsborough 57: Brad Bundschuh recorded a double-double with 10 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks for Gill St. Bernard's (6-3). Paul Mulcahy led with 18 points, nine rebounds, nine assists and two steals. Alex Schachne contributed 13 points, seven assists, four rebounds and three steals. William Soucie finished with 10 points, five rebounds, two assists and one steal. William Yarbrough added 10 points, three assists, three steals and one rebound. For Hillsborough (3-5), Ryan McCaffery scored 13 points. Jackson Parham tallied 12 points, two blocks, one assist, one steal and one rebound. Justin Brown added 14 rebounds, eight points, one assist, one block and one steal.

Bridgewater-Raritan 60, Franklin 41: Sterling White scored a game-high 18 points to lift Bridgewater-Raritan (5-3). Aaron Gao added 15 points and Jeffrey Mao scored 13 points. Matthew Xi led Franklin (2-6) with eight points. Jared Williams, Joshua Gestosani and DeWarren Watkins each chipped in seven points.  

Scotch Plains-Fanwood 47, Cranford 39: Lamont Cruse recorded a double-double with 11 points, 10 rebounds and five assists as Scotch Plains-Fanwood improved to 7-0. Ryan Muench scored 11 points and Jayson Williams added 10 points. Dwight Laylor contributed 13 rebounds and four points. 

St. Joseph (Met.) 62, South Brunswick 54: K-Shawn Schulters scored 18 points to lead St. Joseph (7-1). Tyree Taganeca-Ford finished with 15 points and Howard McBurnie scored 11 points. Devin Strickland led South Brunswick (0-8) with 15 points. Akhil Edekar added 11 points. 

Linden 96, Elizabeth 41: Tavon Jones recorded a double-double for Linden (8-1) with 23 points, 10 assists, five rebounds, four steals and one block. Amir Williams also had a double-double with 14 points, 13 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal. Mikey Watkins finished with 23 points, four assists, three steals and one rebound. Myles Ruth chipped in 15 points, five steals, three assists and two rebounds. 

Phillipsburg 76, North Hunterdon 70: Paul Woolhouse finished with 18 points for North Hunterdon (4-4). Wes Reinagel tallied 17 points. 

J.P. Stevens 50, Perth Amboy 38: Tyrese Conover scored 17 points to lift J.P. Stevens (5-4). Nasean Burch totaled 12 points. Joshua Cabezudo led Perth Amboy (4-5) with 19 points, five rebounds, two steals and one assist. Adam Gornowicz Jr. chipped in eight points and eight rebounds. 

Colonia 53, North Brunswick 43: Frank Lehmann and Luke Valeriano each scored 13 points as Colonia (7-3) won its seventh-straight game. Connor Bevilacqua added 11 points. For North Brunswick (2-5), Maneet Batra scored 14 points and Avery Claggett chipped in 11 points. 

Piscataway 71, East Brunswick 59: Keshawn Grant scored a game-high 28 points for Piscataway (8-1). Jordan Davidson finished with 13 points and Mattias Arrindell added 12 points. Antonio Chandler chipped in 10 points. Joe Sampson led East Brunswick (3-5) with 18 points. Jesse Perel chipped in 17 points. 

Warren Hills 68, Somerville 57: Ethan Hilliman led Somerville (2-8) with 22 points and three rebounds. Chris Elwood finished with 10 rebounds and six points. Kevin Sokol added nine points and four rebounds. 

Rutgers Prep 57, Ridge 44: Trey Patterson recorded a double-double for Rutgers Prep (5-2) with 11 points, 11 rebounds, two assists and one block. Richie Greaves finished with 18 points, four rebounds, five assists and two steals. Jonah Charles tallied 13 points, six rebounds, three assists and one steal. 

Delaware Valley 60, Bound Brook 56 (OT): Joe Cansfield recorded a double-double for Delaware Valley () with 12 points, 11 assists, four steals and three rebounds. Vinny Giordano and Tylor Blake each finished with 11 points and five rebounds. Matt DiGuardia contributed 11 points, four rebounds, three steals and two assists. Brandon Bernhardt totaled 10 points and nine rebounds. Jayden Hill scored a game-high 24 points and finished with four rebounds and one assist for Bound Brook (5-4). RJ Frazier chipped in 10 rebounds, seven points, three assists and three steals. 

Montgomery 49, Immaculata 40: Kevin Fromelt led Montgomery (7-3) with 18 points. For Immaculata (2-6), Hared Chambliss scored 10 points. 

Bernards 51, Pingry 34: Kyle Levine led Bernards (6-3) with 13 points. Cubby Schuller scored 12 points. 

Calvary Christian 64, City School (Pa.) 28: Alex Schevchenko finished with 18 points, three rebounds, three steals and three blocks for Calvary Christian (7-2). Brien Dunphy II added 15 points, two rebounds and one assist. Joey Bledsoe chipped in 13 points and two rebounds. 

St. Mary (Eliz.) 56, Union Catholic 50: Justin Archer scored 18 points for Union Catholic (7-4) and Jaheim Tanksley finished with 15 points. Robert Miller tallied eight points. 

Belvidere 56, Manville 40: Jake Bentz led Manville (2-6) with 14 points. 

Summit 61, Gov. Livingston 41: Matthew Schuman and Matthew Faller each scored 11 points for Governor Livingston (3-5).

Roselle Catholic 84, Westfield 50: Adam McDaniel finished with 12 points for Westfield (2-9). Luke Spellman scored 11 points. 

Metuchen 62, Somerset Tech 51: Sohan Ullal led Metuchen (4-6) with 15 points. Riley Watkins finished with 12 points. Ethan Lebovits and Danny Petto each added 10 points. 

Sayreville 59, Woodbridge 54: Jaijuan Macklin led Sayreville (9-1) with 15 points. Zac Kaczmarek scored 13 points. Curtis Nesbit finished with 18 points for Woodbridge (5-3).
