Girls Lacrosse Roundup for Wednesday, April 20

North Brunswick 14, Monroe 11: Tori Tucci tallied four goals and two assists and recorded her 200th career point as North Brunswick remained undefeated at 8-0. Samantha Mehalick finished with five goals and one assist. Tatum Altman added four goals and one assist. For Monroe (6-3), Jenna Morelli scored five goals, including her 100th career goal. Olivia Tucker tallied two goals and three assists. Kara Turco chipped in two goals and two assists.

South Brunswick 17, Stuart Day 5: Caroline Hvozdovic recorded a hat trick and six assists to pace South Brunswick (7-2). Shannen Sterner finished with four goals and one assist. Alyssa Ryan netted a hat trick. Emily Lorber and Hailey Konopka each scored twice.

Westfield 10, West Essex 4: Hannah Liddy totaled four goals and two assists for Westfield (5-4). Julia Gretsky added two goals and one assist. Gwyn Devin scored twice. Goalie Carlee Swanson made 11 saves.

South Plainfield 13, St. John Villa (N.Y.) 3: Michaella Butrico scored four goals to lead South Plainfield (2-6). Olivia O'Leary and Ashley Veliz each recorded a hat trick.

Pennington 18, Gill St. Bernard's 14: Ava Diggins scored five goals and Amelia Kirby netted four goals for Gill St. Bernard's (1-4). Andree Aloise added a hat trick.

Park Regional 13, Union Catholic 6: Amanda Scheidemann and Christina Bubinak each scored twice for Union Catholic (0-5).
