Girls Lacrosse Roundup for Friday, April 1

South Brunswick 15, Monroe 14: Caroline Hvozdovic recorded one goal and six assists, including her 101st career assist, to lead South Brunswick (2-0). Emily Lorber added a hat trick and Shannen Sterner recorded two goals and one assist. Alyssa Ryan, Hailey Konopka and Amanda Palumbo each chipped in two goals. For Monroe (1-1), Kara Turco led with four goals and three assists. Emily Guerin had a hat trick and one assist while Jenna Morelli registered a hat trick.

Bernards 17, Mendham 9: Paige Petty had eight goals and one assist to pace Bernards (2-0). Elise Cohan finished with a hat trick and four assists. Laurel McHale recorded a hat trick and Tegan Warren recorded two goals and two assists. Charlotte Grimm made eight saves.

Paramus Catholic 14, J.P. Stevens 12: Senior midfielder Molly Yelencsics finished with seven goals and two assists for J.P. Stevens (0-2). Senior attack Samantha Dzema added two goals and three assists.
