Girls Soccer Roundup for Friday, Oct. 9

Spotswood 2, Wardlaw-Hartridge 2: Carolina Fernandez and Melanie Hager both scored as Spotswood improved to 10-1-1. Katie Wasserman and Jessica Meagher each chipped in an assist. Lizzie Vignuolo made seven saves. Alex Garces and Carlin Schildge both scored for Wardlaw-Hartridge (10-2-1). Lacey Gress made seven stops.

Bridgewater-Raritan 3, Bishop Ahr 1: Hayley Soriano, Delaney Reilly and Alexa Comune all scored as Bridgewater-Raritan (9-3) dealt Bishop Ahr (11-1) its first loss. Samantha Orecchio and Melanie Lytle each had an assist. Erica Balsamo scored for the Trojans off an assist from Jill Vassallo.

Dunellen 5, South Amboy 0: Jackie Vonitter scored twice to lead Dunellen (5-3). Alyssa Zarzuela, Allie McGrath and Rebekah Santiago also scored. Nicole Baudistel made two saves.
