Calvary Christian High School, which opened in 2009, opened at its new location last month. The high school currently serves 100 students in grades 9 to 12, a spokesperson from Calvary Chapel Old Bridge said.  .

"Calvary Christian High School has a history of preparing the next generation for success in college and beyond,” said Eric Morris, principal of Calvary Christian School. “We are graduating well-balanced students who possess a great respect for God, family, and this great nation, while desiring to serve to community around them with their abilities.  We are very thankful for the new high school building that will allow our students to thrive in their preparation as leaders.”

At Calvary Christian School, excellence in academics comes not only from fine teaching and rigorous curricula, but also from an emphasis on how Jesus Christ taught His disciples, the statement said. From its inception in 2004, the school has brought up a next generation of strong leaders, both in the secular world and within the church, the statement said.

Lloyd Pulley, senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Old Bridge, addresses the group at the unveiling of the Calvary Christian High School.

Students at Calvary Christian School have been accepted into prestigious universities to pursue further degrees in such fields as engineering, law, medicine, education and pastoral ministry, the statement said.

“Calvary Christian offers something truly unique,” said Lloyd Pulley, senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Old Bridge. “Students do not only learn in the classroom, but are also enrolled in in-depth internships in the fields of business, research, and more. These students are trained to understand the world around them, and to lead, with a strong foundation in the principles that made this nation great.”
