Monroe 2, East Brunswick 0: Monroe’s Kaitlyn Mascali scored two minutes into the game and followed up that act with another goal at the 35 minute mark. Erin Seppi recorded the shutout with eight saves. East Brunswick’s Lauren Krinsky stopped five shots in the loss.

Old Bridge 3, South Brunswick 2: Tara Durstewitz had two goals and an assist to lead Old Bridge (5-6) past South Brunswick. Domique Lovallo added a goal and Nicole Carbone made seven saves in net. Moriya Frankel and Julianna each scored a goal in the loss for South Brunswick (4-5).

Watchung Hills 2, Phillipsburg 2: Ally Grunstein finished the contest with a goal and an assist. Sarah Stehle netted the other tally. The Warriors outshot Phillpsburg 31-4.

Dayton 2, Plainfield 1: For Plainfield (2-6), Gina Watkins scored on an assist from Keyanna Bagley.

Sayreville 2, Colonia 1: Sayreville picked up a victory behind a score from Nicole Rodrigues and an own goal. Jasmie Mincer netted a second half tally in an attempt at a comeback. Jessica Santangelo had three saves in the win. Kelly Silva made 14 stops for Colonia.

Westfield 2, Cranford 1: Taylor Morgan and Julia Frontero each found the back of the net once to help lead Westfield (4-3-1) to a victory. Lizzie Brucia made six stops to silence Cranford’s offense.

North Plainfield 4, Bound Brook 3: North Plainfield (5-3-1) scored two goals in the second half to get by Bound Brook (2-6). Ashley Atubi pointed her team in the right direction with two goals and an assist. Alexandra Thiessen had all three of Bound Brook’s scores.

Hillsborough 2, Pingry 0: Both of Hillsborough’s (5-3) goals were scored in the first half and served as enough to get past Pingry. Carly Swetz scored in the 22nd minute and Lauren Mazich added insurance in the 34th minute. Abby Beckmen had 13 saves in the loss for Pingry (3-5).

Somerville 3, Bernards 0: Somerville remained undefeated with a two goal effort from Marisa Adelman. Christina Cernuto chipped in a score and Alexis Williams had four assists. Sarah Coulson had eight saves to keep Bernards (6-5) off the scoreboard.

Gill St. Bernards 3, Manville 0: Hayley Goldin scored twice and Melissa Jean supplied Gill St. Bernards with their third goal of the game. Melissa Jean picked up her second shutout of the season.

Mount St. Mary 5, Immaculata 0: Emma Bendell and Alaina Parisella both scored two goals for Mount St. Mary (4-4). Cassidy Connett and Michaela Walsh combined for the shutout.

Edison 5, South Plainfield 0: Felicia Forsythe helped Edision (4-6) grab the win by tallying two points. Lauren Cassella, Elena Elias and Gabrielle Moreno each had goals on the afternoon.

Woodbridge 6, Perth Amboy 0: Jordan Vazquez registered a hat trick and Gabby D’Emilio had two goals for Woodbridge (8-4). Justine Stefura made three saves in net.

Scotch Plains-Fanwood 6, Union 0: Caroline Babis netted two shots during the victory. Sophie Brause had two assists for Scotch Plains-Fanwood. Andrea Leitner made five saves to secure the shutout.

Union Catholic 7, Hillside 0: Annie Hogarty had two goals in the win for Union Catholic (6-2-1). Hope Bennett had a goal and two assists.

Somerset Tech 9, Purnell 0: Yessenia Martinez and Molly Foster each had two goals to lead an offensive surge from Somerset Tech (4-7). Harleen Singh had a goal and four assist in the win. Kaycie Sconda finished with seven saves to blank Purnell.
